Welcome to Paxos Yoga Shala

Nestled in a lush olive grove overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, our Shala offers a unique and magical space for rest and rejuvenation. Perched above Orkos Beach, the space radiates a soothing energy that makes it an ideal retreat. Made with natural materials in 2023, the first Yoga Shala on Paxos hosts a variety of Wellness events, including Yoga, Soundhealing, Movement and Full moon circles providing a serene sanctuary for all those who visit.

A strong, breath-led vinyasa class designed to build energy, strength, and focus. We move through creative, steady-paced sequences with standing poses, balances, and core work, always staying connected to the breath. Each session closes with longer stretches and deep rest to help you leave the mat feeling both energized and grounded.

A nourishing, accessible vinyasa-based class where you can move at your own pace. We explore a mix of grounding, strengthening and opening postures, always offering options so you can make the practice your own. A great way to start the day feeling more connected to your breath, your body and your surroundings.


Yin & Sound Journey

A slow, meditative practice focused on creating space in the body and calming the mind. We move through long-held seated and reclined poses, working into the deeper layers of connective tissue. Gentle sounds accompany the practice — including Tibetan bowls, soft chimes and natural elements — helping to invite deeper relaxation and support the inward journey. A session to soften and release tension.
